It all begins with an idea.

My name is Kyden Moore, and fitness has shaped my life from a young age. I grew up playing high-level hockey, where I learned the importance of discipline, constant improvement, and pushing past comfort zones. Even when my time in hockey came to an end, my passion for getting better and helping others get better never faded.

That passion guided me into a two-year Exercise Science diploma, where I developed a deep understanding of human performance, training principles, and the long-term journey of athletic development. But more importantly, I discovered how powerful it can be when someone has support, structure, and a coach who genuinely believes in their growth.

Today, I bring that same mindset into endurance coaching. My goal is to help individuals build confidence, discover their capabilities, and take their first steps into the world of endurance sports. whether that’s running, cycling, triathlon, or simply committing to a healthier lifestyle.

I know social media can make fitness feel overwhelming, intimidating, or unrealistic, so I’ve built my coaching style around clarity, honesty, and a grassroots approach. I want every athlete to feel welcomed, supported, and empowered. No pressure. No ego. Just real progress with someone who cares about the journey as much as you do.

This is who I am, and this is the heart behind Pathway Endurance Coaching.
